I have completed the 3.1 release of Promod, and now have it posted on my public game server:

You can jump into that server, but make sure that you set the "cl_allowdownload 1" before you join, so that the server will automatically send you the new build. I'll be putting together a more traditional file download soon that will include a full changes list and plans for the future.
I will be giving the source code for Promod 3.1 to the AOTC-TC team for use in their own mod. These two mods should meld together very well! I'll post more news here, and on the homepage as it comes up.
Don't forget that I'll be moving to promod.jediknightii.net ! The guys there were kind enough to host me! There's nothing up there yet, but once I get the chance to do a new design, I'll slap it in there.
