The most major update is the implementation of FRIK_FILE, allowing player stats to be saved and transferred between maps. From now on, when you beat a level, you get to keep your money, weapons, shields, and so on.
There's also a new shop model, which looks much better IMO.
I've changed the price of a number of shop items. Things will be more expensive now because the player can afford them. The player also starts the game with 1000 credits to spend, one layer of green armor, and a mere shotgun for protection.
There are also new weapons available at the shop:
Stake Launcher (ala PainKiller)
EMP Poison MOD (severely poisons enemies)
EMP Heat MOD (sets enemies on fire)
Ricochet MOD for rockets
Cluster MOD for grenades
