Well, things are still progressing, but slower. Now all three of the team mappers (EsBe, SuperCrazy, and myself) are in school, so we have considerably less time to work on the mod. Well, things are still progressing, but slower. Now all three of the team mappers (EsBe, SuperCrazy, and myself) are in school, so we have considerably less time to work on the mod. However, work is still being done, today I implemented a new feature for mapping. The feature is Skill Based Entity Control, what SBEC allows us to do is control what skill difficulties any entity will appear on (once it's done, it hasn't been tested fully), anyone remember DooM? So, this means monster placement might be different depedning on which difficulty your playing on. Same with effects, on easy a door might be locked, but on medium and hard it might not be, you never know. This will add more variety to the mod and encourage players to play the mod on all settings. Of course the story will remain the same throughout all skills, and the major events will still be the same. Yar, and that's that.
