The third patch for Portuguese Civ Mod III has been released, fixing many balance issues and gameplay bugs!

Posted by on

I’m glad to announce that the third patch for Portuguese Civ Mod III has been released!

This update fixes all of the balance issues and gameplay bugs that have been reported and found since the release of PCM III 3.0.

Among the implemented fixes, it’s worth to mention that Ship of The Line sails now change according to the buildingset, the stats for the Winged Hussar, Rocket Archer and Nihang mercenaries have been adjusted and the Mayan Wonder Power, which was found to be highly exploitable in multiplayer games, now makes the player get +20 gold per trained unit.

Besides of that, all packed buildings now use new graphics made by Mishosan, instead of the placeholder packed Trebuchet graphic used in previous patches.

Last but not least, even though it's going to take a while until the Portuguese Campaign is completed, a new Campaign Screen for the Portuguese History campaign has been made by Jan Dc, from AoKH!

A full list of all of the changes and balance fixes can be found in the changelog, which is included with the patch download.

As usual, the new patch can be obtained at our downloads section!

I have to say, you are doing an amazing job. It could be an official add-on - maybe even better (and that's coming from a The Conquerors fanboy :D )!

Hey!

Yes, it is. ^^

If you have the mod installed though Voobly, the Voobly client should update it automatically :)

Best regards,
Daniel Pereira
