I got the idea of Portal.EXE while thinking of horror games, if you have ever read the Revolt or Portal.exe Creepypasta you would know what I am talking about.

I might make a mod for Portal called Portal.EXE. it is supposed to be a scary version of portal based on the creepypastas Revolt, or maybe Portal.exe

I think that, if you combine these two, you'd have something. I think what I would do is show this to a friend who had played Portal but not read any of these. That'd really freak them out. The one thing that I think would be best in this is if there weren't jumpscares. They do indeed scare people but I think to fit the theme of Portal you should leave them out. Even without this mod I always felt a chilling feeling like there was something going on that I couldn't see and it was pretty creepy. To make this mod I think it would be just ramping up that creepy-ness, not making it any less subtle, just making that creepy feeling feel more like a threat than an interest.
