On friday, march 27th we had a play test event to get feedback and find bugs in order to make the best out of our game before Insomnia. We got the basement full of people playing the game for hours. We collected feedback on sheets about the scores and the durations of each session, about difficulty and general opinions.

Naturally some people liked the game and some didn’t, but you can’t please everyone. The average single player session lasted about 2 minutes and co-op sessions about 4 minutes. Those were less than we intended. For new players the game was definitely slightly too hard so this week we must make some changes to the difficulty level.

We will be adding more feedback for the player about everything that happens in game, in example about objectives, power ups, taking damage etc. Also, a lot of balancing has to be done to weapons and enemies.
