Yes, I'm afraid this is the end of the OutCast project. Perhaps too ambitious, or otherwise just plain too unpopular with the staffing situation.
Either way, the OutCast project will remain 'up for grabs' until the 1st January 2004, by which time the project will be finally and completely removed from existance.
Blastkowitcz.tk will remain as a stone in it's memory.
Sad day for us all.
