It's a simple mod that adds or changes stuff in game, so far no crashes have been had,
i was bored and decided to do some simple rules.ini modding so here is the result,

Fixed > AI was massing huge amounts of infantry and doing not much (fixed this behaviour)
Fixed > Removed hospital function from barracks as it created another bug
Fixed > force-shield was not working for Soviets anymore > restored
