Hello old friends! Well it has certainly been a long time since we've done an update, so we've decided to release part 1 of a big update now instead! Remember to update your game via the in game updater or by the external updater to make sure you have the latest build, which is Build 1218, below you can read about what's been updated, fixed or changed:
- NEW: Polish language added (translated by MakG and Silent)
- NEW: Rush! side mission added
- NEW: Brand new texture archive (SPTA) files have been added, improving sprites' quality A LOT
- NEW: Number of save slots increased from 8 to 12
- NEW: Menus reworked to look more like their VCS counterparts
- NEW: 278 ped models limit from SA removed
- NEW: The same hack applied to clump (damageable) models
- NEW: Onscreen timers rewritten to look more like their VCS counterparts
- NEW: Rampage texts rewritten to look more like their VCS counterparts
- NEW: GXT files have been rebuilt so they don't contain unused SA entries anymore
- NEW: Commandline argument "-nointro" added, which makes the game jump straight to title splash on launch
- NEW: 2 new commercials will play in Custom Tracks Player
- FIX: Marked Men crash fixed
- FIX: Fixed a bug where news reports would play even with disabled radio
- FIX: Zone name in Map menu now positioned correctly (Map menu still not finished)
- FIX: Vehicle don't bump when crashing into a ped anymore
- FIX: Fixed some misplaced texts when playing with 5:4 aspect ratio
- FIX: Mouse in menu works properly on 5:4 aspect ratio now
- FIX: Rain SFX is not corrupted anymore
- FIX: Re-added missing Fire Extingusher model
- FIX: Landmine icon is being displayed now
- FIX: Selected course in Turismo no longer stays on the map
- FIX: Some unused code cleaned up

Hi Luten, i'm currently using this new version (v3.0 Beta Build 1218).
I'm getting a crash in "Marked Men", when i try to leave this place:

I finally solved the crash in "Marked Men".
Solution is: Display Setup> Advanced> Put everything to low/off/disabled. That's how I ended this mission without crash.

Thank you for being ignorant and not even trying to realise this bug was reported countless times and therefore known. Besides, that file can't even be downloaded.
BTW. It is fixed in the last update, so you having it probably means you have NOT updated the game completely.

The file can't be downloaded because I deleted it 1 hour ago. Btw the crash has been already solved changing the video settings, So keep your unnecessary opinion to yourself.
In case you haven't noticed, I'm the main mod's programmer so I usually know what I fix. Although I could still take a look at the crashdump, PERHAPS it's something we don't know yet.
And please don't deny our commitment towards this project, because we're spending ENOUGH time on this for sure :)
In my opinion someone that take 1 week to answer a simple comment it's not enough commitment. But i can understand that, real life exists too. Alright Cookie, my apologies.

Okay, this indeed does not look like the crashes we've had previously (although the crashing place is the same). I'll check it later, but please doublecheck your game is FULLY up to date (some files could have failed to install).

As for the week to answer a comment thing, this mod has just came out of downtime, which we actually mentioned in the comments before, so yeah, there's bound to be a few unanswered questions from people dropping by during that period.
However, I find it an insult that you question our commitment when we have been working on this mod for over TWO years, we only brought it to ModDB at the start of this year, and we still want to work on it and get something out there for you guys, again, as we have said time and time again, we're doing this for free, because we enjoy it, there's only a few of us, and yes, real life does still happen so we drop in and out of the project depending on how school and work is planned out.
So yeah, if not answering a comment quick enough is enough to make you question our commitment, then you're seriously looking at the wrong things.

It's not Build 1218, it's the same old one(Build 1163). I've wasted my 767 MB data to download it. I saw the reply below to your this post, saying that isn't Build 1218 but I didn't cared about it. My bad and that mistake won't happen again....Anyway thanks for the "gta.com.ua" link because there I can find lots of GTA games to download free, that site is so much useful to me now I can free download the GTA games that I don't have yet. Thanks again!
