The Source Ages is still moving along, a little slower than I'd like but at least everything is coming out right. Here is the chess set with it's completed art. Special thanks to Bluetruth for the great knight model. Hopefully we'll have some real downloads in the not-so-distant future.

(the image compression messed the wood grain up alot, but it's still pretty good)

Well, I hav'been wathcing this od for long. But I think it would have been much better if you had more extravagent pieces. I mean it's easier than carving hem out in wood like they do in real life.

Also, I don't really care for the prettiness, as long as the coding and AI is solid.

Looks nice though. You should have customisable boards and pieces.

Have you played any Myst game? I think it's an exceptional case where looks are everything...

Yes the looks are very important. I'm waiting for somebody to point out the pieces don't cast shadows. I'm still working on that one.
