Yesterday, Mission Maker has issued a update (which appeared on Auto Updater) which added new objective called: Capture Gang Territories. Basically, you can set a objective with the same name, and in order to trigger the next one you need to capture random gang territory.
It's again a new possibility for Gang-War mission enthusiasts to make more "different" missions like they used to in DYOM.
