Well I promised everyone a media update about a month or so ago, and now I'm delivering on that. But first, I'll get down to the most obvious change... the name. As you can see, we are now Flanders Fields, as opposed to The Somme Valley. The reason for this is, we wanted a fresh new face, with a much more efficiant team than before, and with lessons learned in hand, we're better and stronger than ever now!
Now for the goodies. Over the next few weeks, we will be releasing our media as it comes (which is much faster now due to team reorganization, and some additions [see below]). So to start off this new phase in the life of our humble mod, I give you the Sturmpanzerwagen A7V, modeled and skinned by Artem "X-Convict" Volchik of Terminal Reality Studios:
I'd like to formally welcome Doctor (from the former Over The Top team, here as our new weapons skinner), Brutal (also formerlly from Over The Top) as another weapons skinner, Cyph3r as a miscellaneous modeler & skinner, and Travis as a level designer. These talented people will make Flanders Fields a top runner in Half-Life 2 modifications, no doubt!
