Nerepis Weekly Update - 2017/08/13
Progress continues. I've been on vacation for the last couple of weeks. Some of that time I was away and some the time I worked on Nerepis. I care deeply for this game and more than anything I want you to have the best experience possible.
Since my last update, I finally tracked down a bug that has been bothering me for some time. What made the situation even worse is that the bug behaved differently on Steam than my test environment. I lost a few days of work trying to figure the problem out but it's finally solved. Because this issue is solved, I can return to game design, level production and Steam integration.
This upcoming week, I'll be finishing the Team Capture Gametype and go back to designing levels. I've attached a screenshot of an old level I was working but at least it gives you the idea of what I'm working on. I assure you the level will look better and this is merely a proof of concept in action.
