Haste is waste is what they say, and that’s exactly what happened. In all our enthusiasm trying to bring you the perfect tool and mod, we hasted through a quick patch to please the public.
As it turned out our modToaster patch had to be recalled, and MidEast Crisis still had bugs. We didn’t want to make the same mistake twice, as quality is our goal not quick fixes. We put the modToaster server offline, and started maintenance.
Our modToaster programmers also started to work on fixing the patch, and including some more fixes to smooth things out. In the end it turned into a simple tool, where you can update your existing modToaster, or install a new one through the same file.
We also worked hard to release a solid MidEast Crisis 1.2 with hopefully no more bugs or imbalances. To spice up the release, we’ve added real pilot sounds to the Israeli AWAC, and implemented some new animations!
We’ve also updated Shockwave with patch 091 and Imperial Assault with 086.
