Hello again people, I'm really happy with the reception I've been getting from this website! I do enjoy hearing people's ideas and opinions so don't hesitate to let me know if there's an idea you have.
The past few weeks have been spent making "The Lost World" section of the game, It's been my main priority above all other things. I am happy to say it's finally done (somewhat anyway), and playable start to finish. I've worked on this part of the game since February, so to finally have it working and playable is a weight off my shoulders. The levels as they stand however, do need more added to them.
We've had a lot of problems with the Ai of the dinosaurs at the moment, so it will be a while before I show any video footage of them. So here's a few more screenshots of the levels from this part to quench the thirst haha.
I've also started working on the "Ice Age" section of the game. This won't take nearly as long as the Lost World section did. Working on enemy types and new weapons for this part as well.
So in conclusion, I can say development is going really well. Everything is running smoothly despite a few engine bugs but that's to be expected with such an old game. We've also added weapon sway which is fun. The main objective right now is to get all the maps playable, once that is done I can look to add all the bells and whistles. I hope you have a good day!
