The Terran Empire enforces different travel classes on different planets, indicating which are open for civilian travel and which aren't.
CLASS 0 - The planet has not been classified and there are no travel rules regarding the planet.
CLASS 1 - Any and all peoples or creatures can visit this planet without any passport or identification.
CLASS 2 - Any and all peoples or creatures can visit this planet if they possess a valid passport or identification and are not registered criminals.
CLASS 3 - Any and all peoples or creatures that are citizens of the Terran Empire can visit this planet if they possess a valid passport or identification and are not registered criminals. Peoples or creatures that are not a part of the Terran Empire require a special permit from the Imperial Government.
CLASS 4 - Any and all peoples or creatures that have a permit from the Terran Government can visit this planet if they possess a valid passport or identification and are not registered criminals.
CLASS 5 - Only peoples or creatures from the Terran Government, Military, or Navy can visit this planet if they possess a valid passport or identification and are not registered criminals.
CLASS 6 - Only select peoples or creatures from the Terran Government, Military. or Navy can visit this planet if they possess a valid passport or identification and are not registered criminals.
CLASS 7 - Travel to this planet is restricted under any circumstances, except for peoples or creatures that have been given permission to visit the planet from the Astral Emperor (Terran Emperor) himself. Anyone else that sets foot on said planet will be immediately terminated.
CLASS 8 - Travel to this planet is completely prohibited by anyone in the galaxy, traveling to said planets will result in immediate termination by the nearest military force.
hmm i wonder whats so special about a planet to restrict all travel there?
