Here is a quick news update for Kingmaker: A Country Divided which has been worked on extremely hard to get the first few in-game pictures of our first Militia Model armed with the XV Sword and Buckler.
As you will be able to tell, we have work yet to do, but by breaching the barrier into a constructive alpha we can test out all our game features on the road to our first release of Beta V1.0 which is not going to be far away.
Our objectives from this point onward are clear:
• Add both the Longbow and the Bill to the arsenal of weaponry available.
• Finalise our melee modes by in-game testing.
• Increase the number of Kingmaker maps.
The precise status of development can be gauged via the production line on the Kingmaker forums which is always being updated to reflect our progress.

creepy
Hahaha oh dear.......
Those hands need serious bumpmapping, the map is fullbright (ech) and the enemy is...god I can't stop laughing. I mean, look at those eyes...haha.
But apart from that, great job. Just polish a little bit of things; eg. the sword doesn't correctly stick to the hand and the model is VERY simple.
Good job, keep it up.
Sure it's not the best graphicsl ever but who cares. If it's fun I'll play it. Don't get too hung up on looks. Focus on some solid game play and then if it's good enough people would be willing to help improve the graphics if necessary. Congrats on progress! That's more than many can claim. :)
Things are still very much early days at present, but progress is always being made. By our public release of Beta V1.0 we will have made significant improvements. Also, we are striving to include gameplay modes which have never before been contemplated that combine all the very best elements of competitive gameplay and historical events to give all players a much more complete gaming experience.

It's running RAD that's the problem son
Shots do what they're meant to do. Could look a lot better, but hey, it doesn't... not an issue from where I see it, it's got WIP plastered all over it, and it shows some real progress.
