Today the KOBK team relaunched the website, which is Kobkmod.net
Kill Or Be Killed is a single player modification which takes place directly after Half-Life and builds off the alternate ending where Gordon is presumably killed by the masses of Xen aliens. Of course, he isn’t, since that would make for a very lousy mod.
Anyway, the new launch features four redone sections of the site which now all use mySQL databases for easy browsing and access. Most importantly this includes the life forms section and image sections which are now fully dynamic.
Aside from the website updates, there are five new screen shots of the mod. Four of the screen shots are just of various levels in the mod, but the fifth screen shot shows off various effects possible with the KOBK Particle System. That screen shot of the system is actually almost three months old, from the beginning of January! Since then the effects and power of it all have advanced greatly.
