Isolation : Zero status report #1 news

‌INHUMAN UNIT 4813

We're trying to make I:Z not just a regular E:Z mod where you're just killing good guys, we want to make something intresting. We introducing our new main character. The metrocop was a good variant, but it is a bit boring now. Now "Rebel Killer" is a regular Combine Soldier with the ID 4813. Why did we choose a soldier? Because soldiers are inhuman, they don't have morality or humanity. They were created to kill everyone that rebel against the Combine. Unit 4813 is able to speak his mind, reasons will be explained in the modification. ‌

WEAPONS READY

Our animator Texas Steve did a great job, he made a rig using the cut HL:A Combine Soldier and made animations for the pistol using it. ‌

LOST CITY

Since the last article I made some big progress in art passing and making blockouts for levels. Many screenshots in last article were rushed, this time the locations have received better art passing. ‌

COLD SWEAT

Killa has made good progress to give I:Z more original music. He wants to introduce one of them. ‌

HIRING

We have a good and positive team, but we still need people. If you're good at something and you want to help, here are the currently available positions:

CONCLUSION

As you can see, we are working hard to make an actually good mod. We're planning to release the demo soon which will contain the first chapter of the mod.
