OK, finally, after 8 years of development, the "Burning Sky" mod project has its first model, the arachnoid (a small, spider-like robot, a walking mine). And I'm in contact with some people that migh help... so here is the RenX screenshot:

Description of the arachnoid and the smaller version, the micro-arachnoid:

o Micro-arachnoid: A small robot, looking like a mechanic spider, in fact an anti-tank mine with eight legs, with the only purpose to get as close to an enemy unit as possible and then explode. The micro-arachnoids are built in units of 5 and are very small, below 50 cm in diameter.
- Hitpoints: extremely few
- Speed: about 140 to 150 km/h
- Range of sight: extremely low
- Weapon: suicide mine
- Armor: none
- Buttons:
-- Deploy (become an anti-infantry mine)
- Formations:
--Skirmish (far away from each other to not cause the explosion of other unit members)
- Arachnoids can’t level up

o Arachnoid: A small robot, looking like a mechanic spider, in fact an anti-tank mine with eight legs, with the only purpose to get as close to an enemy unit as possible and then explode. A lot bigger than the micro-arachnoid, about two meters in diameter.
- Hitpoints: very few
- Speed: about 80 to 90 km/h
- Range of sight: extremely low
- Weapon: heavy suicide mine
- Armor: none
- Buttons:
--Deploy (become an anti-tank mine)
-- Apply hardened steel (only if purchased the upgrade before at nano-technology center)
- Formations: none
- Arachnoids can’t level up
