Fixes detailed so far for next update
- Fixes the issue when a COG Gear appears when you have Boomer Assistance reward.
- If the player has the "Portable Troika" reward, they will be able respawn with it if they die.
- Frontend tweak to organise into "Playlists". Team Deathmatch will be the default playlist, One Man will be the second playlist although this will remain locked during the ALPHA period.This will also be used to add extra "Fun Events" playlists which will happen now and then.
