Haha, yeah. I know, they don't use rolly office chairs on submarines. But it's right up there with. "Who keeps putting fireworks behind the consoles!"

Obviously no one in Starfleet answers to OSHA. There was a series of Nitpickers Guide to Star Trek books where the author always pointed out that after the first two or three times you would think someone would take care of the exploding console deathtraps.

I think that author would be rolling to see Ikea rolling office chairs flying across the bridge.
