This update adds the tutorial level that we recently added to the main game, as well as a limited form of the Battle Arena - a mode where you can easily pit the various critters found in the demo against each other to see what wins.

The demo update is the most recent in a line of updates to the base game of Empires of the Undergrowth.
Up above you can see a trailer for the Fire Ants, which added new levels, a new ant species and a whole range of fearsome foes, including the giant Titan class enemies, which your ants can climb, which brings a new sense of verticality to the battlefield.
The most recent update gave a visual overhaul to the early levels set in a rotten log, as well as saw the tutorial mode added (the one which is now in this demo) to help get new players up to speed on how the mechanics of your ant colony work!
