The project is also being closed for another reason, there is no financial support.

Man don't get annoyed because of that doom mod haters scum, they made the same with doom remake 4 and that development stopped too. They are probably zenimad/badthesda staff trying to block anyone who are trying to do a good 2020 3d version for the classic doom cuz they are making their own doom remake under top-secret and something like this will make them lost money. If I were you, I would say **** you to any one who are trying to make you stop and continue the amazing development. Even if it would be for only one people (I'm pretty sure that it's for a lot) it would worth the work. (but stay it on secret, just release when it's finish so no one will know that you are doing this. it's for your own safety)
Man, you shouldn't be swayed by some ******** idiots on the internet. I watched the test videos of your mod and I found it amazing, especially the Imp test: The spawn, the move, the attack ... They were perfect. Man, some people criticized you, but let me ask you something: How many people liked it? I believe you received these negative feedbacks via email, was it? Because in the page's comments, I always saw a lot of compliments. Take your Moddb project and the guest at Zdoom Forums, where you will see how people will like your project. And maybe in the future, with this finished mod, you don't develop an original project? 😏
