Like I said in the last news about Total War Saga: Troy here " Watch gameplay from Total War Saga: Troy " is that the game itself will arrive at EpicGames one year before Steam and you will get if for free within 24 hours after it's released and that's less than two days from now.
The Amazons DLC arrives in September and will be as FREE as well with Total War Access. To claim this offer, you'll need to link your Access and Epic Games Store accounts which you can do now if you like! To link your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Total War Access account here: Totalwar.com
- Click on My Account in the upper navigation bar
- Click on the Epic Connect logo and login with your Epic account credentials
- Grant permission to connect Access to your Epic account
- "Account Connected" will be displayed in My Account screen
- When Amazons DLC is available, follow instructions from the in-game menu to claim

Already saved the date on the calendar when they announced it. I'm really interested as it has plenty of new features.
Epic games giving out free games all the time is great, but the only sad part is that they don't have a workshop as Steam has where you can get different mods and other things to the game for does who want that, but the game will come to Steam next year.
Yeah, it's the main drawback from the Epic Store imo. But as the saying goes "Modding finds a way". I'm sure the guys at twcenter will find a way to mod it. And we'll just have to put new files in the game folder as we had to do before the steam workshop.
Yeah, true true! Good thing we have ModDB and Nexusmods for that part.
