Huh? Map creation? I thought the map was done?
It is, but we're also creating a detailed map. This map changes over development. Especially since we're in the middle of quest creation. Since we *are* in the middle of something, it's obviously a bit more quiet. Not so much news and the quest we create can't released.

Anyway, what was I saying? Ah, map creation. Yes, Avadur was still a blank area on the detailed map. Note the 'was'. While gathering some random ideas concerning both guild and side quests, I had need for a special place. A place where the dead, erm, aren't so dead. Still, the cliché massive graveyard or spooky swamp was not something I wanted. Avadur came to mind when I noticed how big the kingdom actually is and how much space would be un-used when we simply added our idea into that place. As you might've read on the site, the goblinoids habit the place. Can't expect those critters to be out in the freezing cold, now can you? That’s why most of the action there is *inside* the mountains. Even though the goblins don't simply habit 5 inch caves but actual underground cities. That doesn't take away that the outside of Avadur would be as good as empty.

That is where those undead come in, there's more to it then just some zombies standing on top of a hill for like, erm, no reason. Believe me. But that’s for another time, all I can say is that the 'Knights of Enyr' are also active in the area.
