Demo Release!

What time?

The free demo for Immersive Poetry will be out at 12:00 pm EST on September 25th so you can get experience the game firsthand before October. It will be coming later to Steam, but there is a long process there, unfortunately. You can find a link for the Demo Page HERE, and a link to the Steam store page HERE.

What's in it?

There is one level available in the demo, along with the first journal entry in the game. There are no secret goals in the demo, but there is enough for you to get an idea of how the game plays and flows. The journal entry also gives you a great introduction to the story. I hope you enjoy!

Trouble in Demo Town?

If you experience any issues getting the game to launch, run into any bugs, or just want something changed, please contact for support. The response time is typically less than 24 hours. I am all ears! Additionally, if you are having trouble with the download, please use This Link to download instead.

What the heck is a Thalasse?

Thalassa is the Greek mythological "Spirit of the sea". Thalasse is an intentional misspelling of this word. I have a true passion for the ocean and its creatures (This will be reflected in the next release).

What is special about Immersive Poetry?

I love literature in all its forms, including poetry. Music in its simplest form is poetry, and I believe that poetry is a genuine expression of emotion, regardless of its form. Immersive Poetry's levels are based on different poems that hold a certain level of emotion, as does the music found in the game. This game is meant to be a relaxing experience for the player. It's also my first commercial project, so I have learned a lot along the way, and I can't wait to share my next title with you because I can only improve from here!

There's an issue with the download link for some folks. I have contacted Indiedb support to resolve the issue. Sorry for the wait!
