1. Download and unpack the mod
2. Move the files into your "Black Mesa" game root directory
3. Launch the demo via launcher named "asheep.exe"

Installation method (Steam):

1. Subscribe to the mod and wait till it’s downloaded
2. Move the mod files from "X:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\362890\156730415" to into your "Black Mesa" game root directory

So the only feedback, if you can call it that, I have for now is related to the story and canon issues more than anything else; first, the time skip in security booth in the first chapter was there in the original mod to give Gordon time to get to Inbound and then Sector C before showing the resonance cascade. Not having Gordon appear in your remake makes the time skip unnecessary.
And second, I wouldn't call Gordon's appearance at the end very "canon friendly". Plus, it doesn't make much sense because Justin doesn't actually have any message for Gordon. Unless you put a scene before that, where someone tells Justin to give Gordon a message, and explain what that message is.
That's all I have to say.

In the full version we will do the same message, now the player can find a couple of things that he can accept for that very “thing”

I just got done playing the original Azure Sheep. If this is even half as good as that, it will be a mod worth playing. I will give it a try when I buy Black Mesa. I have been holding off due to the missing Xen levels, which besides the very beginning of Half Life where you are acquainted with your surroundings and your colleagues, are my two most favorite sections of the game. I may buy it anyway on the Steam Winter Sale if it is on there.

If I may ask a request... The original Azure Sheep had a part where the military grunts were actually either on your side or neutral for a little while. I felt that is how it should of been through out HL1, due to how is the US military going to kill US citizens on US soil!? Black Ops is one thing, but US Marines!? Regardless, in the original mod as I stated they are neutral or friendly until after a certain point shortly there after in the game, to no fault of your own. Then if you swing by that area again, which you actually do not need to, they will open fire on you immediately and without warning. I felt that kind of lame.

Also in the original mod you could only control the one soldier which was Adrian Shepard very minimally. It would be nice if you could control to some extent, even if it was just simply the USE key to have them follow you and then they would automatically open fire on the enemy when they see them. Or since this is the HL2 engine, use them like the Resistance members by pressing the C key I believe, to send them where you want them and double press the key to have them come back to you. Either way, Good Luck!!!

I followed the instructions for workshop, got the downloads, copied them to \common\Black Mesa\, made an icon on the desktop to run bms.exe -game asheep, and it shows the HECU splashscreen, then the out-of-focus game scene, and it then crashed to the desktop. Steam was running at the time. I loaded BM, and the asheep maps don't show after using 'maps *'. Any suggestions ? Win 7 Pro.

I did a -condebug with my bms.exe -game asheep icon on desktop, and the console.log says:

CampaignManager: Campaign file "campaigns/campaign_bm_sp.txt" is malformed, failed to parse.
KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got } in key in file scripts/character_manifest.txt
character_manifest.txt, barniel_2, barniel_4, 1, (*flex_data*),
'userconfig.cfg' not present; not executing.
Tried BeginRenderTargetAllocation after game startup. If I let you do this, all users would suffer.

Same issues today, but different error:
SOLID_VPHYSICS static prop with no vphysics model! (models/props_desert/pylon01a_skybox.mdl)
CStaticProp::Init: Map error, static_prop with bogus SOLID_ flag (1)! (models/props_desert/pylon01a_skybox.mdl)
CStaticProp::Init: Map error, static_prop with bogus SOLID_ flag (180)! (models/props_desert/pylon01a_skybox.mdl)

Under models there is no 'props_desert' folder, and no files anywhere named pylon*.mdl.
Crashes to desktop after showing out-of-focus game scene....
Thanks....
