Relive the 18th Century with DarthMod Empire 7.0
The new version 7.0 simulates the 18th Century warfare as never before. The mod now offers a far better battle AI not only because of various gameplay balances but also because the official weak AI formations of Creative Assembly have been replaced by a new effective system, only available in DarthMod.
You will witness the AI to flank, to attack you without hesitation and to win you with tactics you have never seen in this game, in the open field, in sieges, in ambushes, in bridges and especially in naval battles where you will have very little chance to win this AI.
Additionally the campaign AI has been improved so that you face powerful armies and fleets in the map and you will have to consider each one of your moves in order to survive against ruthless and cunning opponents.

DarthMod Empire is a modification for the PC Game "Empire: Total War" and it has 2 variations.
The DarthMod Empire Commander (DM) improves the vanilla as much as possible without changing too much the core settings.
The DarthMod Ultimate Commander (DMUC) in addition is a complete overhaul with many more features.

can you please add a few things over from napoleon,like the cannon fire,some troop types,cannons and maps?
the game works and plays fine but alot of the new units aren't working for me and i don't know how to fix it and it would seem no one has the problem im having at all! alot of the new units dont appear like pictures or textures and on the battle field they are just black models which is rather annoying to look at. any help would be Greatly appreciated! i really want to enjoy this mod fully, but need to fix it first.
In addition i have uninstalled and reinstalled both the mod and my empire total war several times and yet i have the same damn problem! Someone please Help!

I remember when Empire was released - first what a promise, then what a disappointment it was! Then YOU became active and with everey release of your "DMUC" Empire became better and better and better:
Your hard work and great creativity made it finally to the game "it should have been from the release date". 1000 thanks for the many hours of greatly enhanced gameplay your Mod offered us - for free!

Having been a CA fan since I first stumbled upon Shogun, so many moons ago, when "Empire" came out the bitty-bitty part of me that recalled with affection my Pre-PC 5mm 7 Years War wargaming armies rejoiced. Alas, my old pc just wasn't up to the mark, and Empire lay on the shelf awaiting the coming of a new machine.. Come the new PC (after 2 days Steam-wrastlin')Empire was unleashed.. The pile of pants that awaited me(I think it was the armies of mounted Native Americans marauding along the East Coast of my fledgling U.S. that finally did for me) left me gasping with horror.. You, sirs, have restored my faith in human nature.. The changes with your Mod, visual and other, are superb! Since installing your brilliant Mod I have been put under pressure, outmaneuvered -and even beaten in battle(by Rebels!!). My arrogance and overconfidence have received their just deserts.. I look forward to more. From the joints of my aching "Mouse" fingers to the tips of my bruised toes (I kicked the table yesterday when my right flank of crack Prussian regiments crumbled at an unexpected combined infantry/cavalry sideswipe) I thank you....
