Half-Life 2, voted like one of the best game ever in the world at 2004. Counter-Strike: Source is one of the world most popular multiplayer shooter. What would happened if you were to merge both of these?Simply, you will have a mod with Half-Life 2 storyline with Counter-Strike: Source weapons and hence, Counter-Life 2 is born. Half-Life 2 is singleplayer game, so, where are the buy stations? Well, all the buy stations are the Health and HEV stations you encouter throughout the game, strategically placed. Just go up to them and use them. Like in CS, each weapon cost a specific amount of cash.
How To Install.
1.)Download and install Steam.
2.)Then buy and install Half-Life 2 from the Store.
3.)Once it finished installing, download Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer from the Tools.
4.)Once it finished installing, right click on this tool and select Properties.
5.)You will see BETAS. Left click on it.
6.)In "Select the beta you would like to opt into" select to "upcoming-".
7.)Once it finished updating, exit Steam.
8.)Download "counterlife2.zip" archive in provided above link.
9.)Once it finished downloading, open this archive with WinRAR or 7-Zip program.
10.)You will see "counterlife2" folder in this "counterlife2.zip" archive.
11.)Extract it to your "sourcemods" directory, for example:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods
12.)Once it finished extracting, launch Steam.
13.)You will see mod, called "Counter-Life 2" with Counter-Strike icon.
14.)Double left-click on this "Counter-Life 2" mod.
15.)Play.
