I'd like to give a huge welcome to two new coders who joined the Last Man Standing team! Please welcome Iten and AO, who plan to help us get co-op working! As a note, we have learned recently that other co-op mods have planned to not release their code to the public. I want to make it clear that we DO plan to release our code to the public. We think that it wouldn't be right to withhold something that big from the community and also figure that other people could possibly even make improvements to the code that would benefit us. All that we would ever ask is to be given credit for the code that was used and a link to our webpage.

In other news we have screenshots of Mercykiller's new map called Chambers of Misery. Check them out; it is an extremely intense map. As a note, these are just rough screenshots. The gameplay for it is essentially done but more work is going to go into the visual aspects of it. The map will be ready for the Beta release. Check our modDB gallery soon for them!

Finally, the Beta is progressing quite nicely and we're mainly trying to wrap things up before we put everything together and test the hell out of it. Some new developments are that Timbobsteve has completed a nice end level setup, and that the new menu is almost near completion. Also Beerman has increased the run speed to make the battles much more intense. This Beta is shaping up into something really fun to play. Check back soon for updates, the Beta release is coming up soon!

Unfortunately our webpage is having off and on problems, so wait about 5 minutes then clear your browser cache and try again and it should work. The problem should be taken care of soon, at least that is what d3files tells us. Thanks though for the heads up.
