Post news RSS Box Knight 1.0.1 Update!

For those people who picked up the game within the first 4-5 or so days of it's release there was a high chance they were met with a splash screen followed by crash of sorts thanks to compiling Unity against the 4.3 SDK (I'm sure they're hard at work fixing that now). So an update had gone out and is now available so all of that should be behind us! For those who already own Box Knight this fix should appear as an update to the app, for those who haven't check it out now!

So an update had gone out, been expedited, and is now available so all of that should be behind us! For those who own Box Knight already this fix should appear as an update to the app, for those who haven't bought it yet then all's well and rest assured all should be working just fine! Also I snuck in a change or two with it ;)

What's new in Version 1.0.1

  • Compiled against 4.2 SDK so it should now be working on iOS devices running iOS 4.3.x
  • Use alternate landscape orientation for display so the audio jack will not get in the way of the virtual d-pad
  • Randomly oriented floor sections to break up the tile pattern
