Scrap hunters live in the lower class areas of cities and collect anything of value that has fallen from the tree cities (little bits of raw materials like bones and sinews as well as valuables). Spinners are a class within Bosmer society of shamans who above all else, venerate the teachings of Y’ffre, the playwright. Masters of weaving both story and history together (with powerful magics) as they are one and the same in the eyes of the Spinners and the Bosmer.
