Lovely work as for the requirement of mappers that must speak Russian I would suggest you to drop that requirement your chances of actually finding mappers might be a lot better if you guys keep it international.
Seeing how this news post is written at least one of you knows how to speak English. Why not turn that person into a Liaison to international team members and let him relay the wishes of your leaders.

Projects sticking national nowadays are so much "cold war" or "70s-90s" and tend to fail due to a lack of proper translation. You guys know it better and so do I. People such as Trumb or Putin would like us to believe and convince us otherwise but they live in the past days of USA and CCCP glory. These times are over and we all can only pray that the nukes stay in their silos.
