Version 0.83 of the Black Bag mod for Black Ops v2.0 (which is a compilation of all pre-Raven Shield Rainbow Six content) adds the Beretta M12-S2 suppressed submachinegun, the VSS Vintorez intermediate range sniper rifle, the AS Val, a suppressed AKS-74U, and the Knights Armament Co. SR-25 (which would evolve into the M110).
Black Bag is a weapons mod for Rainbow Six on the Black Thorn engine, as found in the Black Ops v2.0 mod hosted here at ModDB. Black Ops v2.0 will allow you to play all Rainbow Six 1 and Rogue Spear content, plus their expansions and the standalone Korean version of Rogue Spear, but on a version of the Black Thorn engine that has been modified to work in Windows 10 and 11 on today's graphics cards.
This is the original highly-tactical Rainbow Six experience. Black Bag adds real world sound effects, NATO 3.5's realistic ammo types and pistol recoil and accuracy, Lloyd's Weapon Mod 6's superior long arm recoil and accuracy modeling, tangos that carry objects and drop them, suicide bombers, tangos that throw frags and flashbangs, and the option to equip AI team members with frags or flashbangs (which they can throw upon contact with tangos), and AI-capable grenade and flashbang launchers. All of this results in a more unpredictable experience, if not more challenging.
