Due to the lack of interest from my last news post requesting volunteers the mod will now be merging with UT40K.
This is the only viable way that I can see the mod continuing and not see the artwork that was created over a 3 year period go to waste.
Sadly no-one took up the offer of finishing BF40K from my last news post on here, BF40K website and BF Editor.org.
BF40K was very close to completion and only required coding and testing for infantry only.
With additional help from artists the vehicles could of been finished off and included later.
I was set to release the BF40K:BF2 0.98 alpha to generate interest but due to objection from our sound developers I ceased this action.
It is not all bad news, with the Unreal Development Kit mods can now be published independantly in their own executable. Meaning to fans you do not need to own Unreal Tornament 3 to play the mod.
