The first map i did was ok, with the fact it was completely flat.
The land mass was a bit strange looking compared to the actual shape of the land mass.

North Point
The City of North Point, which is simulated with buildings and road textures, though not detailed only a simulated city, contains alot of mass, and a fair amount of carbon 4/5 respectively. The Eurasian capital city, has less on its main starting point 3/4, but is closer to a greater amount pf 5/6.
The Reason.
The Reason behuminthis is as follows.
North Point is smaller in size as a country, but has not bee affected by the land fall of the Asteroid. Eurasia on the other hand. has been heavily affected, and thus has less of the two resources, but is closer to other resources, hence the "invasion" of neighboring countries.

City and Bases

Because i enjoy fighting for control of places, so to say, i will include simple city like areas.

They don't grant you any special things. though i have thought about putting capturable structures such as generators and such in them. Also, the will have pre built and capturable extractors and carbon plants. They will also have defenses.

Bases
Bases will be capturable built up areas. For example "Note i use the heroes of today mod" The airbase Rigley will have, a walled compound with AA and AG emplacements. In side the compound it will have 3 hangers or air pads depending on the ability to use the hangers or not. It will also have tier 3 radar. A note here is that the pre built bases will have tier # depending on its importance and what it contains.
Stonehenge and Megalith
The Stonehenge compound will be either of the following

It will contain T3 equipment and 2 air pads. its main weapons the cannons will be special Modified Flak Cannons. They will Have increased range and have size increased. If possible, though I doubt it, they will have their reload time increased as well as their damage increased. Stonehenge cannons are neutral, but they will have hostile defenses, simulating the original protest to the use of it as a weapon.

Assuming the cannons cant be made or modded in, the base will be regulated to something like a mega fort, with vehicular production capabilities.

Megalith
Megalith will be a wall compound with missile silos and defenses. As in the game it was under construction during the war, it will have T2 emplacements and Radar. It will not have any form of SDI capablties. Counter. Capital cities will have neutral SDA emplacements the must be
'brought online" captured to become usable encase Megalith is captured and brought to bear.

Notable locations
Los Canas, has sub terrain bases. This will be simulated with mountains with slight drops on the top with flat mountain tops. They will have no radar "cant have radar every where now" but will have the air pads and plane production facilities.
Farhbhanti
Will have the sunken city as well. Whiskey corridor will be replicated too.
Comberth and Petrol Cost will be simulated. Comberth with harbor like terrain and Petrol Coast being called now Carbon Coast.
Teams
Hoping the map to be large 80 by 80 km. The Teams will be divided into two. Three each.
Team one is ISAF.
Locations are Rigley Army Base "Near Rigley Air base" North Point and the ISAF HQ at Los Canas.
Team 2 Eurasia
Locations Fharbhanti, Whiskey Corridor and a last location with vehicular production plants.
Team Three Neutral
They will be placed primary in the locations of Stonehenge and the Carbon Coast, as well as several cities that are not important but have little incentives to go for such as factories or raw resources. They will consist of T1 defenses simulating partisan forces.
Now for the most important part of all. The Release Date.
Work has sadly slowed down my free time to nothing at all. Im not sure when it will be finished but once i have assembled nice looking parts and such, I will post pics and if it comes down to it, i will hand the map off to some one who can finish it and add the fine little details to it. I really hope i can do this and share it with all those who want to play a ace combat like map or just have fun. I also appreciate and welcome any suggestions and input on what i think or what you may think.
