This week's update contains an interview conducted by Juralis with the founders of DoomLab, the team that's bringing the Apocalypse to the Battlefield Community.
Juralis, in his latest Modder's Journal entry, sits down and talks with the boys from Illinois in order to get to know them a little bit more.
An excerpt from this journal entry:
- All five of the guys work for the same company, although they are now on different teams. "We all pretty much do the same thing, sit on our asses all day in front of a computer screen," DM5K said. "Actually we all have quite different roles. Sparky, DoomSayer, and I are all electronic technicians and Wolverine and Dirty 'Sanchez' Commie are technician assistants. Basically they do a lot more work than the three of us, but we get paid more. Strange how that works out though." Doom added, "I think I have the cushiest job out of the five of us. My job is to keep all the Automated Test Equipment running for all the teams. If everything is running smooth, then my job is gravy...walking around and talking to peeps." Sounds like a lot less work at your real job than what you do on the mod, Doom! "Do we work hard?" Dirty Commie said. "Sometimes, unless you're DM5K that lazy son of a...I mean...um, you're not going to make this public are you? Are you? Hehe."
