Description
Some new item icons for small-caliber ammunition and shells (top) with old icons (bottom) for comparison.
I've always preferred easily recognisable icons and for that reason I always go with the box type as a stripe helps differentiate easier. Those old ones look like the ones that are also used in the Smrt mod and the actual bullets aren't easy to recognise. The newer ones are a bit easier, I like the shot cartridges, I suppose screen size will affect how quick you can see which is which aswell.
Yeah, they might do with a little artificial distinction. These are all just cropped photographs of the actual cartridges. I'll fiddle with it, anyways.

I like it guite much but you should repaint it more detailed if you can.
