Friends may will do GPS Scrambler at 3 ranks, but only for GLA Dictator? Other factions that have GPS Scrambler should be removed. Edited by: DenGresh |

The matter is that GLA Dictator has created a developer Nuker based Stealth General and I thought he may give GPS Scrambler, and other generals who already have, need to remove |

IIRC All GLA had the GPS scrambler in ZH so I don't see a reason why it should be exclusive to GLA Dictator. |

In the vanilla zero hour there is only one OCL that exist in GPS Scrambler but you can edit it |
