The War Factory is just a Simple mod, with a Simple Goal. Make More! The WF is out to make more Free to use Models for Red Alert Three, and to show them off. All units will have full lore, action and Style with a Source or a model following soon after. Dada DA!

Yes, well my first thought might be a Ramming like the Grinder or the *coughalertshipcough* yet have that interfere with the freeze spray so you cant just freeze and ram at your hearts consent!
You should have it like the flame tanks old ability.
Spray the freezing liquid in an arc in front of the tank and freeze/slow all units in it's way. It is not OP because it would be short range and you would have to get close to use it.
EDIT: Can you make it shoot rails of freezing beams from each nozzle like the KW mammoth tank railguns and not a continuouse beam like the cryocopter?
Well a Freeze spray(Like the FT or Uprisings Cryo leg.) is the Intended plan, the beam is only temp.
The beam does look good though, but like a rail gun of freezing :)

I was amused to read the Cryo Tank's name is Cirno ^^ Are there Touhou fans in your mod team? And quite frankly, the tank looks good (I know, it's a CnC3 Flame Tank, still very nice job on the skin).
Well, the Team is just me, and I'm a Touhou fan. So yes.
