By the time the Soviets and the New Party had finished their squabbles, there was another world power rising, and it was now the task of the Soviets to re-assert control of the world, to lead it into a Utopian Socialist future." If you didn't understand all that, World Union aims to display the events after Red Alert 2 if the Soviets were victorious.
