The X-Tended mod is exactly what X3 TC needed at the release day - a thorough polish, many minor details and gameplay tweaks to make the play much more enjoyable. After installing this modification X3 TC will acquire its second youth, mercilessly depriving you of remains of your social life. Hats off to the modding team for this work of painstaking detail!
A most excellent MOD which shouldn't be overlooked!
Good mod but does leave a lot to be desired, seems the starting races do nothing but start you in their ships. No story and basically dropping you into a empty sandbox with nothing. Not recommended personally, probably worse mod i have installed so far.

XTended used to be better at least on X3 Reunion. But on XTC is bearable good, starting with beginning of "Argon emigrant" where the Elite ship cannot even fit the weapons it has on the cargo hold nor the cockpit camara position allows full view of the exterior. Minor glitches that spoil the mod. Selecting Paranid as beginning and none of the paranid trading are available so what a hell you give players opportunity to start as different beginnings if nothing does work!
