v.L10 18-Jul-2021 Old Earth Blues Changes Secret Base generation rules. New game reccomended; in an existing save, delete "alien strategy" section for it to work (will not work retroactively). Windows executable; check OXCE page for other platform versions. Runs on OXCE 7.0 (newer OXCE versions not supported yet).
