This discord server only further proves my point. No progress is actually being made on the mod. The few people I spoke to there think it would be better if you stepped down as Project leader and gave it up to someone else.

This guy hasn't done anything yet. He's looking for actual modders to boss around and make this for him. So far all he's really done is make a page and Googled some images to use for the screenshots.
