Hello. My name is Seiheki and I'm Japanese. I'm a Hearts of Iron IV player and mod creator. I came up with the idea for the mod in 2019, and started making it in 2021. Right now nothing is set up and the files are empty, but I aim to make a mod that will be on par with TNO in the future. I'll talk about the contents of WorldWitches 1947 from here.
