World in War: Vietnam is an ambitious mod project that brings the Vietnam War to Men of War. You will follow the stories of 6 American infantrymen, from State-side bootcamp to the horrors of jungle warfare during the Tet Offensive.
So. It's large, green and boxy. Good engine, mobile, amphibious. There's plenty of it. The greasemonkeys at the War Dept. realized that M113 can do more things than be a battle taxi. One of the clever ideas they figured it out is to fill it up with napalm and add a nozzle for it, and call it a good idea. Troops called it Zippo.
While theoretically great for making barbecue and clearing jungle, and its frightening factor on Vietcong, there were never many volunteers wanting to operate these babies. Seriously, can you take... the heat?
