World in War: Vietnam is an ambitious mod project that brings the Vietnam War to Men of War. You will follow the stories of 6 American infantrymen, from State-side bootcamp to the horrors of jungle warfare during the Tet Offensive.
As the old proverb goes, you can never have too few guns. The soldiers in Vietnam quickly realized that heavy machine guns cannot cover all the necessities of jungle warfare. Therefore, some M113 ACAVs were fitted with a M40 Recoilless rifle, allowing them a huge boost in firepower while retaining the M113's excellent mobility. However, note that the turret transverse was mechanically blocked to the recoilless rifle side, therefore you might find this vehicle to be vulnerable to infantry from that side. Best used as a second line weapon.

It's a freaking mobile fortress
This mod just looks better and better, I just hope it eventually gets ported to AS. I would love to see this mod be played competitively.
