With the polar ice caps melted, the planet froze over, thus plunging into another ice age, leaving only the most cold-adapted species alive, after the ice age only the mountain wolves survived, being the strongest. Over the years they developed human-like qualities and eventually evolved into the closest thing to homo-sapiens since homo-sapiens. They created an orginization called INA - International Network of Assassins. If one country was invaded, the INA would step in and stop the intruder. Soon the different wolf-countries decided they needed to colonize some of the unexplored parts of the planet, and, eventually they started fighting over them. The INA collapsed in on itself, putting friends, and even family against each other.
