The Hessians should have 1 shoulder strap backpack called tornister (Looks like that Home.ica.net ) because a leather strip for canteen (feldflasche) wasn't so wide. Also Handaxe? Really? they use short swords looks like this: Altkreytzen.org.pl

Just wondering, because while there were four regiments of grenadiers deployed in the American Revolution(That's what these are and it's what the popular image of the Hessians is) the vast majority were either Jägers, light cavalry, or infantry--and mostly infantry('Musketeers', as they were often called).
